Yoga, Breathwork, & Meditation
Christine is a yoga / breathwork / meditation instructor who offers classes for a variety of fitness levels, from young adults through seniors. The classes are designed to build strength, stability, balance, and mind-body connection while providing stress reduction and nervous system regulation.

Our Intentions
Sessions suit a wide variety of fitness levels, interests & goals by offering progressions & modifications based on an individual’s experience & comfort level.
Clients can learn a combination of yoga postures, mat Pilates, functional mobility exercises, guided breath work, somatic movement & mini meditation practices

Standard Sessions
$22, Drop-ins Welcome
Mindful Movement Flow Session (1hr.)
The session begins with practicing a combination of controlled breathing, gentle somatic movement & meditation. Following this we begin the mat yoga section. Here, traditional yoga asanas fuse with creative sequencing & functional mobility in a fluid slow flow. The session concludes with a short savasana meditation to seal our practice w/ breath & gratitude.
This session aims to help people improve the quality of their daily lives by building strength, stability, balance, & mind body connection, while promoting stress reduction & nervous system regulation.

Mini Specialty Sessions
$12 – $18, Depending on Type and Length
Mindfulness Reset Session (10 - 30mins.)
These mini sessions begin with some gentle standing somatic movement to bring you into your body. Following that attendees will find a comfortable seated or lying position where they practice some additional somatic movement, guided breathwork, and meditation.
This session aims to allow you to release stress & begin to regulate your nervous system while strengthening your mind – body connection.
Meditation (30mins.)
These sessions combine gentle somatic movement & breathwork with an extended guided meditation. We use props such as pillows, blankets & yoga blocks to find comfortable seated & lying postures that allow us to feel supported & relaxed. Calm music & dim lighting puts focus on the sound of the instructor’s words, the feeling of your breath & the beauty of silence. As we invite ourselves to exist wholly within the moment.
Specialty Workshops
$25 – $40, Depending on Type and Length

Functional Stretching Workshop
This workshop combines guided function focused stretching, mobility work, deep breathing, progressive muscle relaxation & restorative postures. Experience prop-assisted static stretches, low impact dynamic movements & exercises that strengthen as well as stretch for a balanced & healthy approach.
This session is designed to increase flexibility, mobility & range of motion while reducing muscle tension & stress.
Power Sculpt Workshop
This workshop combines traditional yoga asanas, functional mobility, mat Pilates & movement flow. Dynamic movements with a quicker pace make this class a good challenge for anyone looking to tone up while building strength, stability & a stronger mind body connection.
Props Workshop
This workshop allows attendees the opportunity to learn how to use various props to expand & accommodate their movement practice. Blocks, pillows, straps, bolsters & towels are wonderful tools that can add support, accessibility & depth. Learn modified ways to get into traditional yoga asanas. Add support to your restorative practice. Find the most comfortable position for meditation, or find ways to deepen & advance your regular movement practice.
Chair Yoga Workshop
Experience the benefits of Yoga from the stability of a chair. This gentle workshop takes traditional yoga asanas & modifies them to be preformed while seated in a chair. It expands the accessibility of yoga. It can be ideal for seniors, people with limited mobility, or for office workers looking for a way to get mobile on work breaks. Chair yoga workshops include seated somatic movements, guided breathwork & mini meditations.
